About Children Solace

Children Solace Support Organization is a Non-governmental Organization focused on building equality on a foundation of health and literacy by providing medical and educational support for underprivileged children in Africa. We partner with schools, other non-governmental organizations, governments and organizations that are currently working with/focused on meeting the needs of children.

To promote access to healthcare and education for underprivileged children; thereby, expanding their opportunities to reach their full potentials.

To empower underprivileged children in Africa through education, advocacy, community engagement and medical outreach; thereby, creating equal opportunities for every child.

‘Be-in-Health’ programs

Through our ‘Be-in-Health’ programs, we aim to:

Promote school health programs focused on raising personal hygiene consciousness among school children
Engage in public health improvement initiatives whilst building a network of inspired volunteers that are focused on meeting the critical needs of the populace especially children
Promote a high standard of healthy living in underserved communities by lobbying relevant authorities to better equip health facilities and schools

Educational Solace for Children

Through our ‘Back-to-School’ programs, we aim to:

Support governments’ efforts of free and compulsory education for school children by facilitating school enrolment campaigns
Reduce the number of out of school children by adopting children back to school and re-igniting their interest/quest for education
Donate back to school materials, basic learning facilities and equipment to students, schools and communities.
